Driving on an upcountry road, a bridge was out with no warning sign blocking the road. Fortunately, I did not drive off it, but I saw several postings in Thai news of people who had driven off similar bridges. Fortunately, I went down during the daytime, and noticed the road had a little bit of new vegetation crossing it just before the bridge, some dirt without car tracks there, too, and a resident in their yard near the bridge was looking at my car with a weird expression on their face, so I sensed something was wrong with the bridge. At night, especially if it is raining, it would be easier to miss clues. It turns out that somebody had moved the sign previously put in the middle of the road to block and warn drivers and detour them, because when I drove back, somebody had returned the sign, which then blocked my exit. My wife had to get out of the car to move the sign so we could exit, and then return the sign to the center of the road.
