Established in 1991 and headquartered in central Bangkok, KTGY is now one of the leading architecture firms in Thailand and throughout Asia.

The founders and key personnel have all been educated in the United States of America and many have honed their skills both there and throughout the world. On February 11, 2025, Khun Paul was invited to the launch of the Cinq Royal The Eighteen Bangna KM. 7 project as the project's design firm. This prestigious development, located on a 14 rai estate at Bangna-Trad KM. 7, offers just 18 luxurious three-story homes. Ranging from approximately 784 to 1070 square meters, these residences embody a Colonial architectural style, seamlessly blending classic and modern design. This project is developed by Asset Five Group Public Co., Ltd.

The trip to Jaipur, India, we traveled for a meeting with our client and a site visit for a hotel development. Our KTGY architect team traveled with the interior design team, and we also had the opportunity to visit museums and experience the city's atmosphere. We observed the mood of both locals and tourists and saw buildings with distinct Indian architectural influences. We anticipate returning to Jaipur many more times in the future.

Silq Hotel & Residence, Sukhumvit 24, Bangkok

Silq is one of our hi-rise building projects, Silq Hotel and Residences, managed by Ascott Limited, commenced operations in 2023. It features 154 rooms including studio rooms, one-bedroom suites, and two-bedroom suites. The hotel consists of dining options, a bar, an outdoor swimming pool, a sauna and spa, a fitness center, and meeting rooms.
