Highgate International School Thailand is coming in 2026!

Highgate, a leading independent school in the UK, plans to open its first overseas campus near Siam Country Club in Chonburi, providing an outstanding education for students aged 2 to 18. The school will follow the English National Curriculum, offering IGCSE and A levels.

Ad Lib Hotel Khon Kaen
The client called OBA to design the existing 29-story building which was planned
to be one-stop portal for agricultural sector in North East region of Thailand.
Mitrphol Biotech Center is a mixed-use building, comprising one-stop service
government offices on the first 4 floors where visitors can conveniently access,
9-story office for rent aiming to be regional center for agricultural private
businesses and a 192- key business hotel
Architectural simplicity and green building are the main design concept which
corresponds to the client’s company vision and the nature of agricultural business
sector. Nature is brought outside in to create relaxing atmosphere in the building.
F&B outlets include 2 restaurants and pool garden and pool bar on rooftop,
opening up to the opporturnity for panoramic view of Khonkhaen city.

Imagine the white canvas on tripod, standing in the forest surrounded by coconuts and many elegance “ Dipterocarpus “ while the ocean lies as background. It will be effortlessly picturesque scene that need no architecture to compete with. Major task of architect is to create a resort hotel that maintain the life of those splendid natural setting on the gentle slope who should play as a leading roll whilst architecture shall play supporting roll, simple and modest.
The architectural layout and elevation offer maximum sea view for various kind of activity wherever you cruise in the hotel. Not to mention that most room layout also provide bath room with natural light and sea view. The unorthodox illuminated lobby will give you a sense of place and arrival. The pe*******on of those protected big trees had been emphasized inside the architecture and once you approach to the edge of the lobby, the ocean lies there in front of your eyes.
Cruising along indoor and outdoor space will offer you an ambience of gallery. Not only gallery of art and decoration items, but also gallery of nature and mind. This hotel will give your vacation a mood of serene, tranquility and integration beauty of nature and built environment. We intend to call this place as your “Vacation Gallery”

Located in the heart of Bangkok on Ratchada-Rama 3 Road, King’s College International School Bangkok was realized in cooperation with King’s College School Wimbledon, England, becoming its first outpost in Southeast Asia. Initially designed to accommodate pre-school and primary school, the compound will be extended for high school students in the following years. To meet standards of academic excellence and a bespoke co-curricular program, the concept aimed to achieve a balance between safety and fun, creating a truly inspiring atmosphere that is both welcoming and domestic. The facility provides a diversity of spaces to play, such as the outdoor amphitheater located above the main entrance, or the rooftop playground. To encourage versatile development we created multiple special task-oriented spaces, including a lab, music practice rooms, and a performance arts section. Among many sports facilities, we will find here 3 air-conditioned basketball courts, an indoor swimming pool, dance studios, a football field, and 2 covered tennis courts. The characteristic brick pattern takes cues from the school’s English predecessor which aesthetics inspired the design process. The main entrance is positioned at a distance from the main road, creating additional space and preventing future traffic congestion issues. The location is easily accessible and provides 250 parking spaces.
