Formerly known as Arakstudio, we have rebranded ourself in 2014 to AplusCon to reflect our professional ambitions to introduce fresh, innovative architectural designs in Thailand as well as in the South East Asian region. Patio Krungthep Kreetha–Wongwaen Clubhouse

The clubhouse is designed as a contemporary pavilion that serves as the social hub of the community. Simple geometric forms, clean architectural lines, and a perforated metal screen create a distinctive identity while providing privacy and solar shading.

A double-volume space, expansive glazing, and a long swimming pool feature enhance openness and connect the architecture with the surrounding landscape. The result is a refined and welcoming environment that reflects the project's Modern Luxury character.

สะท้อนแนวคิด Modern Luxury ที่ถ่ายทอดความหรูหราผ่านความเรียบง่ายและความประณีตในทุกรายละเอียด โดย Façade ถูกออกแบบด้วยเส้นสายเรขาคณิตที่ชัดเจน วัสดุโทนธรรมชาติ และสัดส่วนช่องเปิดที่สร้างมิติของแสงและเงาตลอดทั้งวัน หน้ากว้างอาคารขนาด 10 เมตร ช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพพื้นที่และสร้างประสบการณ์การอยู่อาศัยที่ใกล้เคียงบ้านเดี่ยว ขณะที่พื้นที่สีเขียวถูกผสานเข้ากับสถาปัตยกรรมอย่างกลมกลืน เกิดเป็นสภาพแวดล้อมที่อบอุ่น โปร่งโล่ง และตอบโจทย์วิถีชีวิตของครอบครัวยุคใหม่ พร้อมระบบโครงสร้างคอนกรีตสำเร็จรูป (Precast Concrete Structure) ที่ช่วยเพิ่มความแม่นยำในการก่อสร้าง ความแข็งแรง และคุณภาพในระยะยาว สะท้อนแนวทางการออกแบบที่ให้ความสำคัญทั้งด้านสุนทรียภาพ ประสิทธิภาพเชิงวิศวกรรม และคุณภาพการอยู่อาศัย

Embodies a Modern Luxury design philosophy, where elegance is expressed through simplicity and refinement. The architectural facade is composed of clean geometric lines, natural-toned materials, and carefully proportioned openings that create a dynamic interplay of light and shadow throughout the day. With a generous 10-meter-wide frontage, the residences achieve a sense of grandeur and spatial quality typically associated with detached homes. Seamlessly integrated greenery further softens the architectural expression, fostering an environment that is open, inviting, and well-suited to the lifestyle of contemporary families. Complementing the architectural vision is the use of a precast concrete structural system, which enhances construction precision, durability, and long-term quality. The project stands as a testament to thoughtful residential design, balancing functional living spaces, structural efficiency, and enduring aesthetic value.

The project is a contemporary high-rise residential complex directly connected to Sailuat BTS Station. The project comprises a 25-storey condominium tower and an adjacent parking building, designed around the concepts of urban connectivity, greenery, and community interaction. The architecture emphasizes a pet-friendly atmosphere and expansive landscaped spaces, offering residents modern convenience balanced with comfort and sustainability. Communal facilities extend from a welcoming ground floor lobby to co-working and meeting spaces on the 2nd floor, while a Pet Club on the 10th floor links seamlessly to the parking building’s rooftop garden. The upper levels are curated as lifestyle destinations in the sky, including a sky gym, sky lobby, rooftop pool, bar, and The Cloud Rooftop. Residences are offered in two typologies: Simplex units (2/F–10/F) for efficient compact living, and Duo Space units (11/F–25/F) with 4.20-metre ceiling heights that elevate spatial quality and individuality. Together, the project redefines vertical living into a dynamic, pet-inclusive, and community-driven environment with a strong connection to both city and nature.
