At The Title Sierra, Phuket, architecture is expressed through color, form, and community.
Inspired by the vibrant energy of summer, yellow becomes the signature color of Sierra — reflecting warmth, optimism, and tropical sunlight. Blended into the architectural palette, this tone enhances the project’s identity while harmonizing naturally with Phuket’s landscape.
The architectural heart of the project begins at the main lobby, where the design is shaped by the silhouette of the Sierra mountain range. Layered lines and fluid geometries reinterpret the surrounding hills into a contemporary tropical space. Filled with natural light and accented with warm yellow hues, the lobby becomes an inviting spatial experience — both dynamic and serene.
Sierra’s lifestyle is further defined by a planned facility distribution across three buildings — A, B, and C. Rather than concentrating amenities in a single location, facilities are strategically dispersed to encourage movement, interaction, and a sense of discovery throughout the project.
At the center, Building B serves as the heart of the community. This central zone hosts the largest communal facilities, forming a vibrant social core where residents naturally gather. Surrounded by a large swimming pool and leisure areas, this space supports relaxation, and everyday social connection — a true oasis within the project.
Complementing this central hub, Building C offers an elevated experience with a sky swimming pool, opening panoramic views toward the surrounding mountains. Here, water, sky, and landscape merge into a tranquil retreat — a place to unwind while reconnecting with nature from above.
