Junior Grower (Plant Cultivation & Tissue Culture)
Location: Pathum Wan, Bangkok (City Center)
🚀 About the Role
As a Junior Grower at Southeast Canopy, you will be at the heart of our plant production engine. This isn't just a "gardening" job; it is a technical role that bridges the gap between laboratory science and nursery cultivation. You will manage the entire lifecycle of our plants—from the delicate stages of tissue culture and sterilization to robust growth in the nursery.
We are looking for someone with a "green thumb" backed by scientific discipline, ensuring our crops are healthy, pest-free, and meeting the highest industry standards.
📍 What you’ll do
- Tissue Culture: Lead the lab process, including media preparation, sterilization, micropropagation, and the transition to soil (Acclimatization).
- Spend time in the Greenhouse, Re-pot and propagate plants as needed
- Keep the greenhouse clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Data & Inventory: Maintain records of daily/weekly growth and production results. Manage stock levels for lab and nursery supplies.
✅ Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Plant Pathology, Plant Protection, Entomology, Horticulture, or related fields.
- Experiences: (0-3 years of experience) New graduate welcome
- Skills: Strong foundational knowledge in plant physiology, propagation techniques
- Traits: High attention to detail (crucial for lab work), disciplined, hardworking, and a great team player who doesn't mind getting dirty.
- Technology: Have access to technology/ mobile devices
