SNEC ( HQ )

The design approach for SNEC Office was conceived as both a workspace and a spatial representation of the brand within a single environment. The project was organized into two primary zones: an office area for executives and staff, including document storage, and a showroom area dedicated to material displays and installation systems offered by the company.

Developed collaboratively by SA-ARD studio and Arch Space, the design focuses on simplicity, clarity, and spatial order to reflect the brand’s contemporary identity in an approachable way. The showroom is arranged as a sequence of experiences — from product displays and consultation areas to waiting spaces and hands-on demonstration zones — allowing each function to connect seamlessly throughout the space.

Light-toned wood was selected as the primary material, paired with dark framing elements and concealed lighting to create an atmosphere that feels warm while maintaining a refined and modern character. Clean architectural lines and carefully organized spatial compositions allow the project to function not only as a workplace, but also as a physical expression of the brand itself................................................................................................

การออกแบบพื้นที่สำหรับ SNEC Office ถูกวางให้เป็นทั้ง “พื้นที่ทำงาน” และ “พื้นที่สื่อสารแบรนด์” ภายในอาคารเดียวกัน ผ่านการจัดลำดับการใช้งานออกเป็น 2 ส่วนหลัก ได้แก่ พื้นที่สำนักงานสำหรับทีมงานและผู้บริหาร พร้อมส่วนจัดเก็บเอกสาร และพื้นที่ showroom สำหรับจัดแสดงวัสดุ รวมถึงรูปแบบการติดตั้งที่บริษัทให้บริการ

แนวทางการออกแบบที่ SA-ARD studio ร่วมพัฒนากับ Arch Space มุ่งไปที่ความเรียบง่าย ชัดเจน และเป็นระบบ เพื่อสะท้อนภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ในมุมที่ดูร่วมสมัย แต่ยังเข้าถึงได้ง่าย พื้นที่ showroom ถูกแบ่งออกเป็นลำดับของประสบการณ์ ตั้งแต่ส่วนแสดงสินค้า พื้นที่พูดคุยและปรึกษา พื้นที่นั่งรอ ไปจนถึงพื้นที่ทดลองใช้งานจริง โดยทุกองค์ประกอบถูกออกแบบให้เชื่อมต่อกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง

วัสดุหลักอย่างไม้สีอ่อนถูกนำมาใช้ร่วมกับกรอบสีเข้มและแสงซ่อน เพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศที่ดูอบอุ่นแต่ยังคงความคมชัดของพื้นที่ เส้นสายที่เป็นระเบียบ รวมถึงการจัดวางองค์ประกอบทางสถาปัตยกรรม ช่วยให้พื้นที่ทั้งหมดทำหน้าที่ทั้งในเชิงใช้งานและการสร้างภาพจำของแบรนด์ไปพร้อมกัน

Exposso x Wrap it now

The transformation of a former café into the new showroom for Wrap it now a brand specializing in protective film installation for gadgets and cameras began with the intention of creating a new architectural identity that reflects the brand’s contemporary direction.

The design focuses on clean lines, soft neutral tones, metallic elements, and linear lighting details to create a refined and modern atmosphere associated with technology and precision. At the same time, warm materials such as wood and fabric were introduced to soften the space and create a more welcoming environment.

Alongside the installation and retail areas, the café was retained as part of the overall experience — serving both waiting customers and visitors passing through the site.

The result is a space that blends technology, service, and hospitality into one cohesive atmosphere.

การปรับเปลี่ยนร้านกาแฟเดิมให้กลายเป็น Showroom สำหรับ Wrap it now ธุรกิจติดตั้งฟิล์มกันรอยสำหรับอุปกรณ์ Gadget และกล้องถ่ายภาพ เริ่มต้นจากความตั้งใจในการสร้างภาพลักษณ์ใหม่ที่สะท้อนทิศทางของแบรนด์ได้ชัดเจนมากขึ้น

การออกแบบจึงเน้นเส้นสายที่เรียบชัด ควบคู่กับการเลือกใช้โทนสีอ่อนตัดกับวัสดุสีเข้ม งานโลหะ และไฟเส้น เพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศที่ดูร่วมสมัยและสัมพันธ์กับโลกของเทคโนโลยี ขณะเดียวกัน วัสดุอย่างไม้และผ้ายังคงถูกนำเข้ามาเพื่อลดความแข็งของพื้นที่ และสร้างความรู้สึกผ่อนคลายให้กับผู้ใช้งาน

นอกจากพื้นที่บริการและโชว์รูม ทางเจ้าของยังคงเก็บพื้นที่ Café เอาไว้ เพื่อรองรับทั้งลูกค้าที่เข้ามาใช้บริการและผู้คนที่ผ่านไปมา

พื้นที่แห่งนี้จึงกลายเป็นการผสมกันระหว่างงานบริการ เทคโนโลยี และความเป็น Hospitality ผ่านบรรยากาศที่เรียบง่าย แต่ยังคงมีเอกลักษณ์ในแบบของแบรนด์

คาเฟ่ริมโขงที่ใช้อาคารสร้างโมเมนต์แบบกล้องถ่ายรูป เปลี่ยนทิวทัศน์และสถาปัตยกรรม ให้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของความทรงจำ

คาเฟ่ที่ตั้งใจใช้สถาปัตยกรรมกำหนดมุมมองพาโนรามา เหมือนกล้องถ่ายรูป เพื่อสร้างความทรงจำที่ดีให้ผู้กับคน เปลี่ยนวิวธรรมชาติให้มีมูลค่า ด้วยการใช้สถาปัตยกรรมคอนกรีตที่กลืนหายไปกับบริบทมอบประสบการณ์การชมวิวริมแม่น้ำโขงสุดประทับใจ ไล่เรียงประสบการณ์ตั้งแต่ทางเข้าที่ด้านหน้า สู่วิวเปิดสุดสายตาที่ด้ายในสุด เป็นการยกระดับธุรกิจธรรมดาอย่างคาเฟ่ให้กลายเป็น Destination การท่องเที่ยว อย่างมีชั้นเชิง

Exposso x Wrap it now

The transformation of a former café into a new showroom for Wrap it now reflects a shift in both function and atmosphere — from a casual dining space into a contemporary environment centered around technology, service, and customer experience.
The project was designed to support the brand’s main business of protective film installation for mobile phones and cameras, while also introducing a café area that allows customers to comfortably spend time during the installation process. The spatial planning was divided into three main zones: the installation workspace, a waiting and product selection area, and a café space open to general visitors.
SA-ARD approached the redesign by simplifying the architectural language of the existing structure, creating cleaner lines and a more organized spatial rhythm that aligns with the identity of the brand. The overall palette was kept in soft neutral tones, contrasted with darker accent elements to reinforce depth and visual focus.
To enhance the contemporary atmosphere, metallic materials and linear lighting details were introduced throughout the interior. At the same time, wood textures and leather elements were incorporated to balance the space with warmth and reduce the rigidity often associated with tech-oriented environments.
The result is a space that blends retail, service, and hospitality into one cohesive experience — allowing customers to interact with the brand in a calmer and more immersive way.

การปรับเปลี่ยนพื้นที่ร้านคาเฟ่เดิมที่หยุดกิจการไป สู่โชว์รูมแห่งใหม่ของ Wrap it now เป็นการเปลี่ยนผ่านจากพื้นที่พักผ่อนแบบเดิม ไปสู่พื้นที่ร่วมสมัยที่ผสมผสานงานบริการ เทคโนโลยี และประสบการณ์ของผู้ใช้งานเข้าด้วยกัน
โครงการนี้ถูกออกแบบเพื่อรองรับธุรกิจหลักของร้าน ซึ่งเป็นงานติดฟิล์มกันรอยสำหรับโทรศัพท์มือถือและกล้อง พร้อมเพิ่มพื้นที่ Café ( Exposso café ) สำหรับรองรับลูกค้าที่ใช้เวลารอระหว่างการติดตั้ง รวมถึงเปิดพื้นที่ให้บุคคลทั่วไปสามารถเข้ามาใช้งานได้
พื้นที่ภายในถูกแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ส่วนหลัก ได้แก่
1. พื้นที่สำหรับงานติดตั้งฟิล์ม
2. พื้นที่นั่งรอและเลือกสินค้าของส่วนติดตั้ง
3. พื้นที่คาเฟ่สำหรับลูกค้าทั่วไป
ทาง SA-ARD เลือกปรับเส้นสายของอาคารเดิมให้เรียบและเป็นระเบียบมากขึ้น เพื่อสะท้อนภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ที่ต้องการความทันสมัยและชัดเจนในตัวตนของธุรกิจ โดยคุมโทนสีหลักด้วยสีอ่อนตัดกับองค์ประกอบสีเข้ม เพื่อสร้างจังหวะและมิติของพื้นที่
วัสดุประเภทโลหะและไฟเส้นถูกนำเข้ามาใช้เพื่อเสริมบรรยากาศร่วมสมัย ขณะเดียวกันยังคงเติมความอบอุ่นผ่านวัสดุไม้และหนังสัตว์ เพื่อลดความแข็งกระด้างของงานและทำให้พื้นที่มีความผ่อนคลายมากขึ้น
ผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดขึ้น คือพื้นที่ที่รวมทั้งโชว์รูม งานบริการ และคาเฟ่ เข้าไว้ด้วยกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมสร้างประสบการณ์ใหม่ให้กับลูกค้า ผ่านบรรยากาศที่เรียบง่าย สงบ และร่วมสมัยในแบบของแบรนด์

"A Workplace for the Next Generation Factory"

Remodelling an Industrial Space into a Contemporary Workplace

The new office of PLP (POLYPET) redefines the relationship between industrial production and administrative work. Instead of constructing a separate office building, the design integrates a two-storey workspace directly within the existing manufacturing hall, transforming part of the production area into a contemporary and multifunctional workplace.

This spatial shift reflects a parallel transition in leadership to a new generation of management, who envisioned an office defined by transparency, adaptability, and cross-departmental collaboration, while remaining respectful of the factory’s industrial legacy.

More than a physical intervention, the project represents a cultural transformation—where the next generation leads with an understanding of the past and a readiness for the future.
