Lanna Culture Village is a cultural tourism and residential development inspired by the authentic identity and heritage of Northern Thailand. Nestled within the tranquil landscape of San Kamphaeng, Chiang Mai, the project is surrounded by expansive rice fields and natural scenery, creating a harmonious relationship between architecture, local traditions, and the rural way of life.
The master plan celebrates the spirit of Lanna civilization through traditional architectural language, highlighted by an iconic Lanna-style pagoda and vernacular design elements carefully integrated throughout the village. The development combines cultural experiences, hospitality, residential living, and community activities into a destination that reflects the timeless charm of old Chiang Mai.
The project consists of approximately 27 residential plots, thoughtfully positioned to preserve panoramic views toward the surrounding rice fields and natural landscape. Future expansion zones are also planned to accommodate additional residences, cultural facilities, and tourism-related functions while maintaining the overall environmental harmony of the site.
Key attractions within the village include a traditional floating market, handicrafts center, cultural exhibition spaces, and performing arts areas that showcase local music, dance, and artisan craftsmanship. A traditional Lanna restaurant further enriches the visitor experience by offering authentic Northern Thai cuisine within a culturally immersive atmosphere.
Inspired by the historic character of Wiang K*m Kam and the traditional riverside lifestyle of communities along the Ping River, the project aims to reconnect visitors with the authentic rhythm of Northern Thai culture and heritage. The architectural vision emphasizes preservation, storytelling, and experiential tourism rooted in local identity.
Circulation and accessibility within the project are carefully planned through a clearly defined main entrance, dedicated service access routes, and pedestrian-friendly pathways that enhance the visitor journey while preserving the peaceful village environment.
Lanna Culture Village is envisioned not only as a tourism destination, but also as a living cultural community where architecture, landscape, craftsmanship, and local identity coexist in harmony.
