งานออกแบบปรังปรุงบ้านพักอาศัย 2 ชั้น ใช้แนวความคิดในการออกแบบเพื่อจัดการปัญหาน้ำท่วม ต้องการปรับปรุงอาคารให้สามารถดูแลรักษาและทำความสะอาดได้ง่าย เลือกใช้วัสดุที่รอยต่อน้อยอย่างหินขัดในการทำพื้นและงานเฟอร์นิเจอร์แบบถาวร งานบิ้วอินสามารถถอดเก็บได้ ยกระดับหน้าต่าง ยกระดับห้องรับแขกเพื่อให้สามารถปรับพื้นที่ย้ายของ กรณีน้ำท่วมได้ งานต่อเติมอาคารชั้น 2 เพื่อเพิ่มพื้นที่ใช้สอยและแก้ไขปัญหาฝ้าเพดานต่ำจากรูปแบบอาคารเดิม โรงจอดรถปรับให้สามารถจอดรถได้ไม่ซ้อนคัน ออกแบบให้ช่วงเสากว้างไม่มีเสากลาง
งานออกแบบภายในปรับฝ้าเพดานให้สูงและทำช่องแสงเข้าเพิ่มความโปร่งและถ่ายเทอากาศได้ดี จัดสัดส่วนพื้นที่พักอาศัยให้เชื่อมต่อกันและพื้นที่สัตว์เลี้ยงให้สามารถมองเห็นได้จากทุกมุมและดูแลรักษาความสะอาดได้ง่าย

งานออกแบบรีโนเวทอาคารตึกแถวเพื่อปรับเปลี่ยนเป็นร้านขนมหวาน ใช้แนวคิดการปรับพื้นที่ให้เข้ากับแนวคิดของแบรนด์ ที่ต้องการให้ขนมไทย ออกสู่สากล ออกแบบคุมโทนสีไม้โทนอ่อนและใช้โทนสีขาวเพื่อให้ ขนมโดดเด่น และเข้าถึงได้ง่าย ทำให้ร้านขนมไทยโมเดิร์น เลือกใช้พื้นที่ใต้บันไดปรับแก้ให้เป็นจุดเด่นของร้าน ให้รูปทรงเป็นทรงจั่ว เพื่อทำให้นึกถึงบ้าน เพื่อให้เชื่อมโยง KEY design คำว่า " ขนมแม่ "

This renovation project transforms a traditional shophouse into a modern Thai dessert shop, utilizing a spatial adaptation concept to elevate the brand towards an international audience. The interior features a light wood and white color palette, specifically chosen to emphasize the desserts and create an approachable atmosphere. A key design highlight is the creative use of the under-stair space, which has been repurposed into a focal point. Its gabled roof form evokes a sense of home, seamlessly connecting with the brand's core identity, 'KANOM-MAE' (Mother's Desserts)...

การออกแบบปรับปรุงอาคารโรงแรมเพื่อให้มีความสะอาดและทันสมัยโดยใช้หลักคิดในการออกแบบให้อาคารกลมกลืนกับบริบท จึงเลือกคอนเซ็ปท์ "simple and timeless" โดยใช้โทนสี Earth tone ในการออกแบบปรับปรุงอาคาร ปรับเปลี่ยนพื้นที่ด้านหน้าอาคารให้มีความทันสมัยโดยใช้กระจก เพื่อให้รับแสงจากภายนอก และระบายอากาศได้มากยิ่งขึ้น เลือกใช้วัสดุอิฐมอญในการตกแต่งลานจอดรถเพื่อให้เข้ากับที่ตั้งอยู่เขตกำแพงเมืองเก่า
การออกแบบพื้นที่ภายในใช้การปรับพื้นที่ใช้สอยอาคารโดยการจัดการโซน โดยใช้ออกแบบลำดับการเข้าถึงพื้นที่ภายใน เพื่อให้สามารถจัดการและดูแลได้ง่าย สะดวกในการดูแลรักษาความปลอดภัย เป็นระเบียบ และเพิ่มแสงสว่างให้กับทางเดินและพื้นที่ห้องพัก ให้ความรู้สึกอบอุ่น ปลอดภัยและสะอาด

The renovation design of the hotel building to be clean and modern using the design concept of the building to blend in with the context. Therefore, the concept of "simple and timeless" was chosen using Earth tone colors in the renovation design of the building. The area in front of the building was changed to be modern using glass to allow more light from outside and increase ventilation. The brick material was chosen to decorate the parking lot to match the location in the old city wall.
The interior design uses the adjustment of the building's usable space by managing zones by designing the sequence of access to the interior space to make it easy to manage and maintain, convenient for maintaining security, orderly, and adding light to the walkways and guest room areas to create a feeling of warmth, safety, and cleanliness.

รีโนเวทบ้านพักอาศัย โดยมีแนวคิดในการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรม โดยการเก็บลักษณะอาคารภายนอกให้ได้มากที่สุดเพื่อใช้ทรัพยกรอย่างมีคุณค่า เพิ่มมิติอาคารโดยใช้งานต่อเติมเพิ่มพื้นที่ใช้สอย เปลี่ยนวัสดุที่หมดอายุการใช้งาน เปลี่ยนตงเป็นเหล็กทำให้แข็งแรงและรับน้ำหนักได้มากขึ้นเพื่อให้ดูแลรักษาได้ง่ายจึงโชว์โครงสร้างฝ้าเปลือยและได้ความสูงพื้นถึงฝ้าเพิ่มขึ้น
เลือกใช้โทนสีขาว , ไม้โอ๊คดำ เพื่อให้บ้านมีความกลมกลืนจากการปรับโทนสีไม้หลายชนิดจากไม้เก่าในการเปลี่ยนสีไม้ทั้ง ภายนอก ภายใน เฟอร์นิเจอเก่า เปลี่ยนหลังคาเป็นกระเบื้องจตุลอนแทนหลังคาเดิมที่หมดอายุการใช้งานเพื่อเพิ่มมิติอาคารน้ำหนักเบาเหมาะสมกับโครงสร้างหลังคาไม้เดิม ปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบฝ้าเพดานให้เป็นไปตามฝ้าหลังคาและโชว์โครงสร้างไม้เก่าในโซนห้องนั่งเล่นชั้น2 กั้นผนังระเบียงกลางบ้านโดยใช้โครงสร้างเบา และ ประยุกต์ใช้แผ่นหลังคาไฟเบอร์กลาสในการทำเป็นผนังโปร่งแสงเผื่อเชื่อมอาคาร และสร้างความเป็นส่วนตัวแต่ได้รับแสงในตอนกลางวัน

Change the roof to Jatulon tiles instead of the old roof that has expired to increase the dimension of the building. Lightweight, suitable for the original wooden roof structure. Change the ceiling style to follow the ceiling and show the old wooden structure in the living room area on the 2nd floor. Separate the balcony wall in the middle of the house using a lightweight structure. And apply fiberglass roofing sheets to make a transparent wall to connect the building and create privacy but receive light during the day. ..

งานออกแบบปรับปรุงร้านพร้าวเพื่อนเรียน เริ่มต้นจากการออกแบบปรับปรุงอาคารโดยเลือกใช้คู่สีชมพู/ฟ้า เพื่อให้เข้าถึงกลุ่มวัยเรียน และสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่สดใสให้กับร้านค้า จัดเรียงหมวดหมู่สินค้าภายในร้านให้เป็นระเบียบให้สามารถเลือกและเข้าถึงสินค้าภายในร้านได้สะดวก จัดชั้นวางของให้มองเห็นจากภายนอก และไม่ให้บดบังสินค้าภายในร้านและเพิ่มแสงสว่างภายในอาคารเพื่อให้บรรยากาศภายในสามารถมองเห็นสินค้าได้อย่างชัดเจน
