As part of the 20th National Architecture Exhibition and Awards Program, a special meeting was held bringing together esteemed colleagues who have profoundly contributed to our architectural culture. Moderated by Prof. Dr. Zeynep Uludağ, the event provided a platform to deeply explore the ongoing dialogue within the architectural community.
Following the evaluations of the selection committee, Semra Uygur and Özcan Uygur were honored with the Mimar Sinan Grand Prize— for their lifelong architectural works and outstanding contributions to the profession. In the same scope, C. Abdi Güzer and Ömür Bakırer were awarded the Contribution to Architecture Award.
We are immensely happy and proud to see the invaluable contributions of our esteemed colleagues to the built environment, architectural culture, and architectural education recognized with these prestigious awards.
In this meaningful context, we are equally proud that UMM Uludağ Architecture’s Kuwait International Train Station project has been selected as a Finalist in the 20th National Architecture Exhibition and Awards.
