-Toplu Konut Yerleşkesi Satış Ofisi-
Günümüzde zamana bağlı yaşanan hızlı değişimler, yapıların bu değişime hızlı bir şekilde uyum sağlayabilmesini gerekli hale getirmiştir. Bu hızlı değişim ve uyumun sağlanabilmesi, yapının esneklik kapasitesine bağlıdır. Çok amaçlı kullanımlara olanak veren, kullanıcıya seçme hakkı veren esnek mekanları ön planda tuttuğumuz projenin öncelikli işlevi toplu konut projesinin satış ofisi olarak planlanmıştır. İşlev görevini tamamladığında yapının; kafe, ortak sosyal alan veya zamanının gerektirdiği yeni işleve bürünerek yerleşkede yaşantısını sürdürmesi planlanmıştır.

Nowadays, the rapid changes experienced due to time, the structures adapt to this change quickly it made this necessary for its to provide. To ensure this rapid change and adaptation, the structure flexibility depends on its capacity. The priority function of the project, in which we prioritize flexible spaces that allow multi-purpose uses and give the user the right to choose, is planned as the sales office of the mass housing project. When the function completes its task, it is planned that the building will continue its life in the campus by assuming a new function as time required by the cafe, common social area.
