Şehir dokusuna modern bir imza.
Bu projede cephe tasarımını; güçlü kütle oyunları, net hatlar ve dengeli renk geçişleriyle kurguladık. Yapının köşe vurguları ve yatay bant etkisi, bulunduğu aks üzerinde fark edilir ama abartısız bir karakter oluşturuyor.
Açık ve koyu tonların kontrastı, balkon çerçeveleri ve kat silmeleriyle birlikte yapıya derinlik kazandırırken; giriş saçağı ile oluşturulan karşılama alanı binaya kurumsal bir duruş katıyor.
Görsel estetik kadar, oran, ritim ve boşluk–doluluk dengesi de cephe tasarımının temelini oluşturdu.
Zamansız, sade ve güçlü bir mimari kimlik.
Bu proje, 3D tasarım sürecinden uygulama kararlarına kadar
tamamı TezH Mimarlık tarafından tasarlanmış ve teslim edilmiştir.
Bir yapının cephesi sadece dış görünüş değil,
marka değeridir.

A modern signature within the urban fabric.
In this project, the façade design was shaped through strong mass compositions, clean lines, and balanced color transitions. Corner accents and the horizontal band effect give the building a noticeable yet understated character along its axis.
The contrast of light and dark tones, together with balcony frames and floor moldings, adds depth to the structure, while the entrance canopy creates a welcoming area and gives the building a corporate presence.
Beyond visual aesthetics, proportion, rhythm, and the balance of solid and void were fundamental principles of the façade design.
A timeless, refined, and powerful architectural identity.
From the 3D design process to implementation decisions,
this project was entirely designed and delivered by TezH Architecture.
