MAA has unveiled the design for Swissôtel & Raffle Residences Sea Breeze, a new landmark hospitality and residential development located within the Sea Breeze resort city on the Caspian coast in Baku, Azerbaijan. The project officially entered the construction phase in September 2025, marking a significant milestone for the evolving coastal destination.

Conceived as a contemporary mixed-use development, Swissôtel & Raffle Residences Sea Breeze rises 13 floors, accommodating 150 hotel rooms and 458 branded residences. The project is designed to offer a seamless integration of premium hospitality and long-term coastal living, supported by a rich program that includes direct access to a private beach, signature restaurants, boutiques, and curated lifestyle amenities.

The architectural language reflects MAA’s approach of merging nature, technology, and human experience. The building’s distinctive façade is inspired by the movement of waves and the winds of Sea Breeze, translating the dynamism of wind and water into a refined architectural expression. Layered surfaces, fluid geometries, and carefully articulated vertical elements create a rhythmic façade that changes with light and perspective, reinforcing the project’s identity along the Caspian shoreline.

Swissôtel Sea Breeze embodies Swissôtel’s global legacy of understated elegance, comfort, and wellbeing, reinterpreted through MAA’s contemporary architectural vision. Together, they establish a refined coastal environment where sophisticated design, premium service, and everyday life converge—setting a new benchmark for seaside living in Baku.

HARVEST 2026!

“We create ideas that move globally, spaces that root deeply.”

We left almost a year behind. Exactly a year ago we were preparing for the new year with new wishes and goals. As we look back, our wish ‘ENRICH 2025 has brought new ways of understanding about the world and the future beyond our dreams.

We are building a very valuable future together as a team under the MAA umbrella including MAALab, MAAClub, MAACosmos and MIMMEL to make each day more special and stronger than before...

In 2026, we will continue to work for our dreams, and we will watch the rest as we live…

MAA, we are welcoming 2026 with AI collaboration.

Here is the poem “HARVEST in Architecture” with chatGPT and Midjourney generation!

___

HARVEST IN ARCHIETCTURE POEM

We begin with intention
a quiet line, a measured trace,
seeking its place across the world.
Forms find balance, structures find rhythm,
materials learn to speak with light, climate, and culture.

Across continents, new territories open,
ideas meet unfamiliar grounds,
and connections evolve through shared vision
and collective craft.

In this unfolding, a drawing becomes geometry,
geometry becomes space,
and space becomes a meeting point
where people, stories, and futures cross paths.

This season gathers all that we imagine and build
dialogue carried across borders, precision shaped by many hands
for architecture lives where intention becomes experienced,
and the world grows through what we create together.

At MAA , We are building a very valuable future together as a team to make each day more special and stronger than before...

In 2026, we will continue to work for our dreams and we will watch the rest as we live…

we create spaces that engage in a dialogue among nature, technology, and humanity.

We draw inspiration from diverse sources, including organic and natural systems, that are not traditionally associated with architecture. Our designs foster unique spaces that converse with the city through contemporary design elements, shaping the future.

Each of our architectural projects aims to bring new experiences to people by using light, nature, and space as design tools. These elements create surprising encounters that actively enhance daily life and social interactions.

MAA’s architectural approach begins with designing every process from the inception of the idea to its interaction with users. This approach aims to integrate smart technological tools as key collaborators in our process, we expand the contextual boundaries of architectural thinking.

Flow in Harmony! In every line, a rhythm. In every curve, a code.

At MAA, we explore the intersection of form and frequency, revealing how even the subtlest repetitions can evoke a sense of movement, calm, and spatial poetry.

The Wallart Design is an ode to the elegance of elliptical geometries—interwoven layers that speak of harmony, fluidity, and the unseen patterns of nature for

These overlapping ellipses reflect the dynamic balance found in cellular structures, planetary orbits, and the flow of air and water—translated into architectural harmony.

Winter Mood at COA HILLS : Eco-Housing Resort Underconstruction!

COA Hills, an eco-friendly micro-housing resort located in Balkaya Village, Sapanca, offers a unique architectural design that promotes health, nature, and eco-conscious living. The resort’s sustainable architectural vision is expected to inspire a new vitality in the region and serve as a healing place where the soul finds its release.

MAA’s architectural design offers guests the opportunity to stay in beautifully designed 26 micro-homes made of natural and renewable materials such as timber which can be re-introduced into natural cycle. These micro-homes are situated on a sloped landscape that is surrounded by natural treasures such as forests, and they offer breathtaking scenery of Sapanca Lake.

COA Hills will become a place of inspiration where nature and design find collaboration. The resort has opted to use timber architecture for its micro-homes. The resort’s design incorporates the use of sustainably sourced timber materials to construct small, energy-efficient homes.

COA Hills offers a sustainable holiday experience that promotes eco-conscious living while providing guests with an opportunity to reconnect with nature and themselves. The resort’s natural aesthetic appeal, use of sustainable building materials, and range of facilities make it an attractive destination for those seeking an architectural design that blends in well with the surrounding environment.
