XX. Ulusal Mimarlık Ödülleri’nde Yapı Dalı Ödülü’ne layık görülen Bostancı'daki Türkiye Denizciler Sendikası projesinde, kentsel dokuya uyum sağlayan ve iklimsel konfor sunan ritmik cephe tasarımı, Kleidco'nun yüksek performanslı sistemleriyle hayata geçirilmiştir. İstanbul Cephe’nin uygulamasını üstlendiği bu yapıda; sıkışık kentsel parselin zorluklarına rağmen gün ışığını en verimli şekilde iç mekana taşıyan ve modüler çerçeve mimarisini estetikle buluşturan Prime 90, Unique Slide ve FS 50 serilerimiz entegre bir çözüm olarak sunulmuştur. Bu sistemlerin birlikteliği, yapının esnek ve uzun ömürlü kullanım hedeflerini karşılarken, üstün yalıtım kapasitesi ve güçlü statik yapısıyla da projenin modern ve çevreci vizyonunu kusursuz bir şekilde desteklemektedir.
In the Türkiye Denizciler Sendikası project in Bostancı, which was awarded the Building Award at the XX. National Architecture Awards, the rhythmic facade design providing climatic comfort and harmony with the urban texture was realized using Kleidco's high-performance systems. In this structure, implemented by İstanbul Cephe, our Prime 90, Unique Slide, and FS 50 series were provided as an integrated solution, maximizing interior daylight efficiency and combining modular frame architecture with aesthetics despite the constraints of a tight urban plot. The integration of these systems meets the building's objectives for flexible and long-lasting use, while flawlessly supporting the project's modern and environmentally friendly vision through superior insulation capacity and a robust static structure.
