General Features

Our fire cabinets, which can be used in your prestigious projects such as shopping malls, hotels and residences, and are visually ahead, are presented to our valued customers in this category.

Door

Our frames, in which 70 micron electrostatic powder coated DKP sheet is used, are able to be produced as stainless sheet optional.

Hose Reel

In this category, our products are made of 70 micron electrostatic powder coated DKP sheet, but also according to their model, glossy stainless sheet, matte stainless sheet and screen printing glass cover options are present.

“EYDK-K2C”, one-sided, single leaf glazed steel fire door is mounted on a masonry carrier construction. The supporting structure is mounted on a wall made of aerated concrete blocks of 200 mm thickness, with a density of 650 kg/m3, with mounting dimensions of 1000 mm x 2150 mm (width x height).

FRAME

Frame posts and head that are made of 1.5 mm-galvanized sheet are welded to each other. Combining is provided by welding method. The gaps between the supporting structure and the frame are filled with polyurethane foam. The steel frame is fixed to the supporting structure with screws. A heat-inflating wick is used on the frame board. The frames have a graphite joint that is able to expand according to the wall thickness.

LEAF

It is made of 1,00 mm thick-sheet metal in two parts. The thickness of leaf is 64 mm. Intumescent heat wick tapes are used on the side surfaces of leaf, which is overlapped on 4 sides and between the leaf and the frame.

The supporting structure is mounted on a wall made of 450kg/m³- aerated concrete blocks with a thickness of 200 mm, with mounting dimensions of 1097 mm x 2099 mm (width x height).
