Projede; işlevselliği modern estetikle birleştiren, doğal ışık kullanımı ve ekip içi etkileşimi artıran bir yerleşim planı esas alındı.
Şeffaf ve Modern Çalışma Alanları: İç bölmelerin kaldırıldığı açık plan yerleşim ile 10 kişilik ekip için ferah ve aydınlık bir atmosfer.
Endüstriyel Estetik: Açık tavan uygulaması, tuğla duvar dokuları ve antrasit teknik detaylarla sağlanan hacimsel derinlik.
Dokular: Sıcak renk paleti, deri mobilyalar ve ahşap tonlarıyla dengelenen konfor odaklı tasarım.
Fonksiyonel Ayırıcılar: Şeffaflığı bozmayan yarı geçirgen metal kitaplıklar
Görsel Odak Noktası: Mekanın merkezinde konumlanan, estetik ve motivasyonu artıran yeşil duvar detayı. 🌿

D.W. House Facade Renovation Project

Year: 2025, Location: Bruges,Belgium

The project focuses on the facade renovation of a townhouse and apartment building in Bruges, Belgium, blending historical elements with modern design. Three unique facade designs were created using materials like brick, aluminium, and glass, with brick as the primary material due to its significance in the city’s architecture. Each design has a distinct character:

Elegant Design: Employs soft tones for a sophisticated aesthetic.

Common design principles include emphasizing projecting parts of the apartment building, integrating window profiles, maintaining harmony in the townhouse facade, simplifying the bicycle room entrance, adding aesthetic details like fugas around doors and windows, and clarifying the roof form. The designs prioritize both aesthetic appeal and feasibility, aiming to create harmony between the two buildings while respecting the surrounding urban context. The goal is to add a modern touch to Bruges’ historical architecture, ensuring timeless and functional facades.
