This is a hands-on role for someone confident working on luxury residential and commercial projects from concept through to completion. You'll have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, collaborative approach.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled, experienced and passionate Interior Designer to join the team at
Toni Crockett Design Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury residential interior design,
with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
You will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors, producing thoughtful, highly detailed design solutions while maintaining exceptional standards of communication and organisation. Strong presentation skills, excellent time management and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset are essential.
This role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative studio environment, enjoys balancing creativity with technical precision, and is passionate about delivering exceptional design experiences.
Experience & Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in residential interior design.
Degree in Interior Design.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential).
Strong understanding of construction detailing, millwork design and interior documentation.
Experience producing comprehensive drawing packages including floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, electrical layouts, joinery details and schedules.
A strong portfolio demonstrating high-end residential projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's permit for regular site visits.
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
