Please review the following Terms and Conditions:

1.) Production of Items
(a) All designs WILL be agreed upon and confirmed prior to production. (b) This can also be subject to change if issues occur during production and is agreed with customer. (c) Progess checks will be given to the customer during the production. This can be done either with pics, voice calls or video calls. (d) If item is

being built on customer's premises the above clause *(b) can also be implimented. (e) Estimates are made based on average amt of materials needed. However if additional materials are required, the customer will be notified to provide the additional funds.

2.) Once Job is completed, item/s is/are to be collected/delivered within 24/48hr period. If customer is requiring delivery, the cost will be determined based on location.

3.) If item/s is/are not collected/delivered after 48hrs:
(a) $50 Penality Fees will be added to the balance of Funds and will continue to add for every overnight up until 7 days. After 7 days, item/s are subjected to be sold. (b) Penality fees can be waived based on Original Fly D'Zines discression. (c) When the item is sold, only then will the monies spent for materials be refunded.

4.) Customer is subjected to sign receipt after receiving item/s. Thanks for doing business with Original Fly D'Zines
