Home Gardening Initiative Improve food production and nutrition through better use of the home garden.

The Division of Agriculture, Marine Affairs, Marketing and the Environment in its effort to improve food security has embarked on a Home Garden Initiative. Home garden can enhance the use of yard space, ensure healthy living and secure financial stability. This initiative is meant to address the above issues by encouraging home owners, school and other interested persons to make the most of open spaces for the production of food and ornamental.
