Architectural Project Manager
Skill Requirements in this role
1. Experience developing architecture projects in Taiwan and familiar with Taiwanese regulations.
2. Time and team management skills.
3. English communication skills. （可全額補助英文進修課程）
4. Great communication skills
5. Enthusiasm for Architecture
6. The ability to communicate smoothly with engineers, other professionals and government officials.
7. The ability to takes part in 2D and 3D tasks when required to make sure that the design solutions meet IMO’s design standards.
8. Nationality: Taiwanese
9. Work Experience: 2 year or above
Full Time: Salary is negotiable and can be adjusted overtime based on performance.

Work Flow
IMO’s standard working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday with a one-hour lunch break. We encourage our team members to maximize their productivity during these working hours and efficiently complete the daily tasks. Whilst we cannot guarantee that overtime work will never be necessary, we still believe that it should be occasional rather than habitual. Great design requires the full capacity of team members, which is achieved with a healthy routine, sufficient rest and enough sleep.
Team Atmosphere
You are welcome to find assistance from both senior and junior colleagues, engage in in-person discussions about the challenges you are encountering, and, if you like, participate in group activities such as going for lunch together from time to time.
IMO SOP System
IMO employs a comprehensive SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) system that enable new members to more easily design, plan daily tasks, and understand job responsibilities.
