Antes de que exista el espacio, existe la intención. Y la intención nace en este moodboard 📐

Antes de levantar el primer tabique, el proyecto debe estar resuelto. En nuestro estudio, el éxito no es azar, es curaduría. No buscamos que los materiales simplemente “combinen”; proyectamos cómo la luz se comporta sobre un relieve cerámico o cómo el negro mate aporta la tensión visual necesaria a una paleta neutra.

Esto no es decoración. Es estrategia y gramática espacial. Cada acabado cumple una función: equilibrar, contrastar, sostener.

Definir la especificación técnica en fase de concepto es blindar la excelencia en la ejecución. Lo que ves aquí es la base de nuestro próximo proyecto: una propuesta sobria, arquitectónica y de una coherencia absoluta.

До того, як буде зведена хоча б одна перегородка, проєкт має бути повністю вирішений візуально та технічно. У нашій студії успіх — це не випадковість, а професійна селекція кожного елементу. Ми не просто шукаємо матеріали, що «пасують» один до одного; ми проєктуємо те, як світло лягатиме на рельєф кераміки та як матовий чорний створить необхідну візуальну напругу в нейтральній палітрі.

Це не декорування. Це візуальна стратегія та граматика простору. Кожна текстура має свою функцію: балансувати, контрастувати, підтримувати структуру.

Визначення технічних специфікацій на етапі концепту — це гарантія бездоганної реалізації. Те, що ви бачите — основа нашого майбутнього проєкту: стримана, архітектурна та абсолютно цілісна

HABITAT VALENCIA 2025: HOTEL HÁBITAT_

Habitat Valencia 2025 no busca impresionar con escala ni espectáculo. Es una feria de diseño utilitario: muebles prácticos, soluciones cotidianas, sin provocaciones visuales ni tendencias radicales. Pero precisamente en ese contexto destaca con fuerza Hotel Hábitat — una zona de diseño conceptual donde el interiorismo se convierte en reflexión.

🏨 Hotel Hábitat es un proyecto curado por Tomás Alía, figura clave del diseño español. Reinterpreta la Barraca — vivienda tradicional valenciana — como símbolo de hospitalidad contemporánea. El espacio incluye una serie de suites, cada una con una visión única.

🔍 Lo más destacado:

• Tomás Alía — autor del concepto. Su enfoque combina textura, artesanía y luz como lenguaje arquitectónico.
• Suite de Pascua Ortega — elegancia contenida, madera y vidrio crean una atmósfera de calma y privacidad.
• Studio HC — un espacio emocionalmente intenso, donde color, forma y luz funcionan como un sistema expresivo.
• Lobby de MMAIN Martínez Medina — minimalismo con acento local, cada detalle habla de arraigo.

📈 Tendencias que resonaron con fuerza:

• Diseño emocional: el espacio debe provocar sensaciones, no solo cumplir funciones.
• La localización como lujo: materiales con historia, artesanía, respeto por el contexto.
• Inmersividad: el hotel como experiencia, no solo como alojamiento.

🧠 Hotel Hábitat no busca sorprender — invita a pensar. No se trata de seguir tendencias, sino de un diseño honesto, profundo y culturalmente respetuoso.

Виставка Feria Hábitat Valencia 2024 стала однією із ключових подій у світі дизайну інтер'єрів та меблів в Іспанії, відзначаючись своїм акцентом на стійкість, інновації та ремісництво. Захід, що проводився разом із Textilhogar Home Textiles Premium та Espacio Cocina SICI, зібрав понад 900 експонентів із 17 країн, ставши однією з найважливіших платформ для виявлення нових тенденцій.
Ось основні тенденції, що будуть визначати цей рік:
◾️ натуральні та стійкі матеріали
стійкість залишається основною темою. Зростає використання натуральних матеріалів, таких як камінь, необроблена деревина та волокна, такі як джут та льон. Перевага надається екологічним продуктам, що відображає зростаюче занепокоєння щодо навколишнього середовища
◾️ яскраві кольори
насичені відтінки, такі як лісовий зелений, кобальтовий синій, помаранчевий і теракотовий, заповнюють простір енергією та характером. Ці кольори контрастують із металевими акцентами в міді та латуні, створюючи сучасний і вишуканий вигляд
◾️ земні тони та нейтральні відтінки
теплі та природні кольори, такі як охра, бежевий, м'які коричневі та сірі тони, домінують у меблях та декорі, створюючи відчуття затишку і зв'язку з природою
◾️ ефемерні кольори
однією з актуальних тенденцій є іридісцентні кольори, металеві блиски та рефракція світла, що створює ефект ефемерності та футуризму в просторах
◾️ органічні та округлі форми
органічні форми та вигнуті лінії продовжують бути сильною тенденцією. Меблі з плавними лініями та округленими контурами, від диванів до столів, додають інтер'єру комфорту та м'якості
◾️ контрастні текстури та обробки
текстури займають центральне місце, особливо в килимах і текстилі. Матові поверхні поєднуються з полірованими або грубими фактурами, створюючи цікавий тактильний ефект
◾️ ремісництво
ремісництво повертається з новою силою. Ручні вироби, що поєднують традиційні техніки та сучасний контекст, від меблів із кераміки до елементів столярства, додають просторам унікальний і персоналізований штрих

La Feria Hábitat Valencia 2024 se ha consolidado como un evento esencial en el diseño de interiores y mobiliario en España, destacando por su enfoque en la sostenibilidad, la innovación y la artesanía

Aquí te presentamos las tendencias que marcarán este año:

◾️materiales naturales y sostenibles:
la sostenibilidad es un tema central. El uso de materiales como piedra, madera sin tratar y fibras como yute y lino está en auge, priorizando productos ecológicos y reciclados que reflejan una creciente preocupación por el medio ambiente.
◾️colores audaces:
este año destacan tonos profundos como verde bosque, azul cobalto, naranjas y terracota. Estos colores aportan energía y carácter a los espacios, contrastando con acabados metálicos en cobre y latón, creando un look contemporáneo.

The Hall’s interior mirrors the overall style of the house, combining textures of natural wood, concrete and metal in a balanced way. The wooden panels hide the guest bedrooms and wardrobes, giving the space a minimalist and spacious feel. The client’s passion for ceramics is displayed on a custom-made showcase system that features various pieces of pottery. The shelves and the staircase form a cohesive composition that connects all floors of the building, adding integrity and visual appeal to the space

Welcome to the entrance of ᴛʜᴇ ʀᴏᴄᴋᴇᴛ ʜᴏᴜsᴇ

This interior is finished with natural wooden panels that have a geometric structure. The hidden doors lead to the dressing room and the server room

The entrance porch is covered with large-format lava ceramic granite. The same material extends to the hallway, creating a sense of continuity. The exterior blends with the interior and contrasts with the warm wood

Doors with textured glass lead to the main space of the building. They let the light in and also conceal what is behind them

The interior features by the striking sculpture of the artist and the furniture by Italian brand which give the space a unique and distinctive look

The rooftop garden

The idea aimed to create a green multifunctional space that harmonizes architecture and nature, and provides a stunning view. A metal pergola structure extends the architecture of the main building and follows the angle of the roof slope. The focal point of the design is a composition of a hanging table, hanging plants, and pendant lamps. Mirrors on the wall and on the base of the lamp reflect the light and the plants, creating an illusion of depth and create an interesting visual effect

Plant-filled beds and pots line the edges of the terrace, zoning the space and acting as a hedge, protecting the privacy of the residents

The terrace has various zones for different activities, such as having a barbecue party with friends, taking a break, enjoying meditation, or practicing yoga

ᴛʜᴇ ʀᴏᴄᴋᴇᴛ ʜᴏᴜsᴇ is a home for a large young family who loves modern art and technology. The house has a spacious, comfortable, and eco-friendly design that meets the needs and preferences of all family members

The house covers an area of 600 m2 and has three levels. The ground floor features a public open space area with a kitchen, a living room with a double-height ceiling, guest rooms, bathrooms, a dressing room, a server room, and a laundry room. The second floor is a private area with a master bedroom, children’s rooms, bathrooms and a library-gallery. The attic floor is an interactive gaming area with a home cinema room and a chill-out zone for meditation and stargazing. The house also has a green terrace for barbecues and summer parties

The exterior of the house is inspired by the barn house style, with natural ceramic bricks and ruikki metal panels. The panoramic windows fill the house with light and air

We designed both the exterior and interior of the house, creating a harmonious and unique space for the family
