Emergency building with helicopter pad 🚁

We proudly present our Emergency Conditions Building project, spanning 13,706 m² — a new benchmark in medical infrastructure, where modernity meets functionality.

🔹 Innovation in every detail
One of the most critical aspects of the project was the rooftop helipad. Recognizing the significant dynamic loads during helicopter landings, we incorporated advanced stabilizing hydraulic systems. These ensure even energy distribution and maintain structural safety under intensive operation.

How We Helped Heavy Metal Factory Optimize Production to 72,000 tons/year?

In 2020, our team successfully delivered a unique reconstruction project for the paint and coatings workshop at the Heavy Metal factory in Pervomaisk. Thanks to our efforts, the facility now boasts a modern production environment that ensures enhanced productivity and safety while adhering to the highest standards.

After the project:

1. The production area was optimized and equipped with technical rooms for essential processes.
2. The administrative and auxiliary spaces were upgraded.
3. Landscaping with a modern relaxation area was implemented.
4. Comprehensive engineering networks were installed.

Given the fire hazards associated with coating processes, the design prioritized updated ventilation and fire suppression systems to ensure maximum safety.

Як правильно озеленювати територію?

Кожна людина мріє прибувати в естетично приємному оточенні. Цю атмосферу створює озеленення. Воно може бути частиною будь-якого об'єкту, починаючи від торгового центру, закінчуючи школою, лікарнею або територією заводу.

Головну роль у формуванні сприятливого середовища для відпочинку населення грають сади, бульвари, сквери. Сади житлових районів найбільше згодяться поблизу масового скупчення людей, бульвари і пішохідні алеї проєктують у напрямі пішохідного руху так, щоб вони зв'язували собою масиви садів, забезпечували зручні підходи до них і до місць роботи, зупинок громадського транспорту, торгових громадських будівель.

Що треба враховувати при виборі концепції посадок:

Як пришвидшити проєктування?

Безумовно, архітектура займає почесне місце в людській історії, та разом з нею розвивається й сприйняття будівництва і проектування. Сучасні технології допомагають забезпечити не лише якість проєктних робіт, але і їх швидкість.

Завдяки 3d-видам, з'являється можливість наочно і швидко розглянути кожен куток будівлі і уникнути появи коштовних проєктних помилок. За допомогою автоматичного формування планів, розрізів і т.д., вдається не лише створити графічну частину проєкту, але і повністю виключити розбіжності між окремими кресленнями, а динамічний зв'язок специфікацій не дозволить допустити помилок з підрахунком елементів і виробів. Завдяки цьому отримати точні специфікації і значно точніше оцінити реальну собівартість проєкту стає можливим вже на ранніх етапах проєктування без вкладення додаткових трудовитрат.
