🎃Halloween time isn't all about spooky, screams and horror 👻
This is one of the most colorful times in my culture and The day of the dead is celebrated just days after Halloween. The day we remember our passed loved ones.

My go to movie is Disney's Coco which is a beautiful representation of this time.
The case is filled with color and flavor this week. I wanted to bring some color after a couple weeks of darkness and spooks.
📖 Día de los Mu***os, or Day of the Dead, is a beautiful Mexican tradition with roots in Indigenous cultures dating back thousands of years. Celebrated on November 1st and 2nd, it’s a time for families to honor and remember loved ones who have passed away, celebrating their lives through colorful altars (ofrendas), candles, marigolds, favorite foods, and cherished memories. ❤️🕯️
It’s not about fear or sadness — it’s about love, remembrance, and celebrating the beautiful connection between life and death. 🌼✨
And what better way to add a little sweetness to the celebration than with some festive French macarons?! 😍💀
Set out photos of your loved ones/pets and put out their favorite foods. Remember them and celebrate them ❤️
