A little PSA… you’re probably going to see people randomly that you haven’t seen for awhile over the holidays. Please skip the “How are you?” “I’m good! How are you?”
“I’m good!” scenario. We’ve all been there. 😉

But many times we actually aren’t “good” but it’s a safe and acceptable response.

Instead, I like to say “It’s good to see you! A genuine statement with no expectation.

Give it a try and say this greeting over the holidays and in the New Year!

🌸 A Heartfelt Update from Our Flower Farm

After a lot of thought and many family conversations, we want to share some personal news with you. Our family is making a lifestyle change and will be moving out of state as we step into an exciting new chapter of life.

As we reflect on the past four growing seasons, our hearts are filled with gratitude. Bella Ren Fields has been shaped not only by soil, seeds, sweat and sunshine but by you. Your support, encouragement, kind words, purchases, photos, and friendships have meant more to us than we can ever fully express. We have met some truly amazing people along the way, and that will always be one of our greatest takeaways from our time in this community.

Thank you for believing in us, supporting local flowers, and being part of this season of our lives. While change is bittersweet, we are thankful and excited for what lies ahead.

And as always, remember:
Every Day is Worthy of Flowers.💐

Did someone say Wicked?!?
Inspired by today’s wickedly windy weather and the last of the beautifully wicked lisianthus, I put together this arrangement. These blooms will last 10-14 days!

Now we wait until next season to enjoy more of these beauties. 🌸

Such a fun afternoon at The Willows Event Venue! Thank you Dickinson Co Farm Bureau Assn for having this event to bring ladies together and showcase women owned businesses.

We enjoyed fellowship while making dried flower pumpkins and learning sugar cookie decorating tips from Cashion James. Guest speaker Stephanie Wick gave us some good tips for navigating through life’s challenges.

Wow! One word that describes dahlias!

Well, another word that comes to mind would be diva because of the challenges when growing dahlias in our crazy Kansas weather and dealing with bugs!

These beauties are here for a few more weeks so let’s enjoy them while we can.

August is Farmers Market Appreciation Month! We’d love to see you at the Abilene Farmers Market Saturday’s 7 -11 am at the lot north of Burger King.

Last Friday the Farm & Art Market Downtown and Salina Downtown, Inc. had the honor to be with Governor Laura Kelly as she signed the proclamation, proclaiming August as Farmers Market Appreciation Month!

We will have our tomatoes tomorrow at the Abilene Kansas Farmers Market in addition to the Salina Farm & Art Market Downtown. We are thankful for Bella Ren Fields for carrying the tomatoes at their booth. Swing on by their booth as they have beautiful bouquets!
