At Hill Resources, we believe meaningful opportunities help our residents build confidence, independence, and a sense of accomplishment. At Culpepper Creek Farm, residents take part in hands-on work throughout our greenhouses and farm, helping care for plants while developing valuable skills and experiencing the rewards of meaningful work.

Every day brings opportunities to learn, contribute, and take pride in a job well done. Through these experiences, residents build responsibility, strengthen social connections, and gain confidence that extends beyond the farm.
