Bailey & James is happy to offer a full refund up to 15 days after your purchase with receipt. 16 to 30 days after your purchase, we are more than happy to provide in store credit or an even exchange with receipt. After 30 days we are unable to offer any type of exchange or in store credit. A weekend of three weddings! We did it, we crushed it and I’m so proud of our team. We are exhausted, but it’s good to see what we can do when we color outside the lines of comfort.
