August was a busy one for Begin Again! 🛠️🏡✨

Apparently, “organizing” sometimes looks a whole lot like rolling up my sleeves and tackling whatever needs to be done. 😂

Just a few of the projects I worked on this month:

🐓 Built a chicken coop
🦌 Deer-proofed a fence
🦨 Skunk-proofed a house — yes, that’s apparently in my job description now 😂

🪑 Completely rebuilt a very well-loved, very rickety antique table that we’re pretty sure has been around since the 1800s… okay, probably the early 1900s. 😂 But she’s sturdy again!

🎨 Painted an entire guest room
🪟 Hung some absolutely gorgeous blinds across the front of a home
📦 And, of course, plenty of organizing, sorting, hauling, and helping people reclaim their spaces along the way!

One of the things I love most about Begin Again is that no two days — or clients — are ever the same. Sometimes you need help getting organized. Sometimes you need a room refreshed. And sometimes you need someone willing to figure out how to keep a skunk from moving in. 😂

Today was one of those days that reminded me why I do this 🤍

Today was such a powerful reminder of how quickly things can shift when you just start 🤍

I spent the morning working on a porch with a client who had been feeling overwhelmed by the space for a long time. We didn’t try to tackle everything—we just focused on one area at a time.

By the end, we had a full truckload ready for donation and a space that already felt lighter and more peaceful.

That’s the part people don’t always see…
It’s not really about the clutter.
It’s about the overwhelm that keeps you stuck before you even begin.

I'm launching Begin Again with Shanon Dean! I’m here to get you organized, support your move, and find creative solutions for the next chapter of your life.

I don’t know about you, but I LOVE being organized and feel like I can’t function when I’m not. When I’m organized, I feel relaxed, happy, and can fully take on all my to do’s!

I absolutely love organizing… you should see my closet and pantry! And I love clothes, cooking and food… so I have a lot. ;-)
