Gracefully Baked

I know there are a lot of home bakeries out there, and I’ve been asking myself the same question—what makes mine different? I haven’t found many local options that accommodate dairy-free, gluten-free, AND oat-free needs, so I decided to create them myself.

As a mom of a child with food allergies, I know how difficult it can be to find baked goods that are safe, delicious, and made with simple ingredients. I want to give others with food allergies the opportunity to enjoy fresh, homemade baked goods without feeling left out. But I also want to offer plenty of traditional baked goods for everyone to enjoy!

My goal is to create delicious options that are made with love, simple ingredients, and priced affordably because everyone deserves to enjoy a special treat without breaking the budget.

Being a stay-at-home mom has given me the opportunity to get back into something I truly love cooking and baking!

Having a daughter with food allergies has challenged me to get creative and develop recipes that accommodate different dietary needs. That experience has inspired me to take the next step and start offering gluten-free and dairy-free baked goods, along with regular baked goods, too!

I’ll be following cottage food laws and practicing proper sanitation and food-handling procedures to help prevent cross-contamination when preparing allergy-friendly items.

I’m currently working on recipes and putting together my menu, and I’m so excited to share what I’ve been creating!
