Today we'd like to recognize Darian! Darian is new to Landscape Renovations, joining us in April of this year. She works as a part of the construction team, which she likes because she's outside and learning something new every day. When she's not at work, she likes hikings, crocheting, and reading (not all at the same time). She's currently reading A Way of Kings, and thinks more women should join her in construction!

Today we want to recognize Roberto! He joined Landscape Renovations 17 years ago because of his brother's recommendation. He likes to stick to making patios, walls, and pavers. He started working in construction in Mexico at age 8, so this kind of work is familiar to Roberto. In his free time, he enjoys reading the classics and playing games on his phone. He likes to stay home and cook! Thank you Roberto for all you contribute to this team!

Today we want to recognize Abraham. He has been with Landscape Renovations for 15 years. He works on every kind of project, but prefers planting trees and shrubs because that's what makes everything more beautiful. When he's not at work, he loves playing video games - especially Mario games. He lost his tooth while riding a dirt bike once! Thank you Abraham for all of your hard work!

We have many projects in various states of completion. Today, we're looking at the first stages of what promises to be a beautiful home and landscape. All we have completed so far is planting trees near the shoreline, but it is already adding so much natural beauty to the view.

Today we recognize Jose! He's been with Landscape Renovations for 18 years working a wide variety of jobs. He enjoys seeing a whole project through, from beginning to end. There is nothing quite like a beautiful, finished product. Besides, construction is hard work, and planting is a nice break from that.
You'll rarely find Jose inside his house - he likes to be out and about whenever he can. In February of this year, he became a citizen of the United States, and is now a duel-citizen with Mexico.

We care through our lawn care. We've been so excited to share our new all electric lawn maintenance system. Our mower, trimmer, and blower are all battery-powered, and cut down on our carbon footprint.

Todd Schumacher – Senior Project Coordinator

Todd is going into his 20th season at LRI, but has worked in landscaping for an impressive 30 years. He has a long list of certifications including a Minnesota Nursery and Landscape Association Certified Landscape Professional, Minnesota Department of Agriculture Licensed Pesticide Applicator and a commercial Class A driver’s license. Originally from Mendota Heights, he now enjoys traveling the world to places like Portugal, Canada, Thailand, Germany, Mexico and more. He also spends his free time snowmobiling, ice fishing and pheasant hunting.
