Our first bigger job in sc, bedroom/closet/bathroom remodel, widening of door openings ( 2 doors 6 inch wider , one door 2 inch wider) new headers above doors , tub removed for custom shower build , closet shelving removed , old carpet removed , have to install tile on flooring in bathroom and shower surround and shower pan, vinyl plank flooring in bedroom and closet, install new vanity , mirror, exhaust fan , shower glass doors , repair drywall , paint bedroom /closet and bathroom after build is done, install new baseboards and trim ,

Kitchen repairs done, removed loose vinyl of kitchen doors , cleaned , sanded , 3 coats primer , one specialty coat , before and after pics, only has to be cleaned when entire job is done,next step wirl tub resurfacing

Removed drywall and
Sink base cabinet, broken dishwasher ( cause of leaks) treated mold , sealed interior wall , installed furring strips and new drywall , only need sealer and paint then new base cabinet , dishwasher and filler strips .

Removed cabinets, treated mold issues, sealed damaged walls and partial ceiling, some new drywall , skim coating and currently making new cabinets to install after finishing them
