Cabbage is slowly becoming my favorite just for the beautiful contrasting colors alone! I am starting to wonder if I will ever not be amazed with how quick microgreens grow and how pretty they are to look at. I hope not! 😍

This is me in farmers market mode! North Canton Farmers' Market I got some leafy greens obviously our favorite and some Ohio maple syrup!! It was a little chilly today but the market was bussling with lots of smiling faces. Loved getting out in the fresh air. Exercise plays a vital role in not only our health but mental well-being. What did you do today to stay active and healthy?! Can't wait to have our stand at a farmers market soon! 👀

Hello Ivogreeners 😉 this is what day 7 looks like. Just a bunch of happy greens. Each microgreen variety is nice and hydrated & getting pumped for harvest day!!! Who’s going with us as Mother’s Day is right around the corner!

Come in!! This is our biggest and most diverse grow yet! We’ve added sunflowers and everything is growing very well now that everything is in the light this room is about to be really colorful!🌈

These micros can lift more than you🤷🏼‍♂️ I’m just messing but they are the healthiest thing you can add to your meal! I love to watch them push this weight up.

Now we are going to flip the tray on a couple of them and leave the rest under the weight! Growing different varieties it’s all about timing ⏱
