Ben Franklin never said “a penny saved is a penny earned,” however, our pal Jake Kelly brought in this awesome Ben Franklin store sign for us to rewire.

Jake gave us a little insight on where this came from and he told us he found it at a junk store where it just so happened to be the same signage from the Wheeling store he visited often as a kid with his grandparents. The wiring was shot so he asked us if we could light it up again. We were happy to get it working again and now it’s a current childhood memory for Jake. Thanks for trusting us to get Ben re-lit! 💡👍❤️

New wave post-punkers Devo are playing Akron tonight and we could not think of a better way to show our love for them.

This is a one-of-a-kind skateboard lamp that was made from a deck out of Glenn’s personal collection and is not for sale, but if you happen to snag one of these decks yourself, we’d be happy to convert it into the ultimate art punk lamp!

This limited edition screen printed over foil deck is so freaking sharp-looking. The glow of the bulbs against the foil makes for quite the illumination in the room. We are pretty stoked about this.

Fun fact: The artwork on this deck, also known as the Cab Chinese Dragon, was inspired by a Chinese takeout box.

We really think you NEED one of these amazing skateboard lamps in your life. This is their newest shop deck and we have no problem lighting them up because it looks just amazing. Stoked to see our homies at install the skateboard lamp we made them. The place is already super rad, but it just got a lot more lit inside. Next time you’re in downtown Akron, check out the shop. The place is amazing and we are big fans of what they’ve brought to the city! 💡👍🛹

8 years ago we opened our showroom in Akron, OH and honestly we're still surprised we haven't been kicked out yet. We've changed things up a bit over the years, so come check it out Saturday at 11 AM if you want. No pressure at all. Happy opening day to .restaurant at the incredible in Akron, OH! Note: This isn’t an April Fools’ Day joke!!!
