💥🪏 We love our return customers, and it’s even better when we they have a cool project they want done!

We started with the original grade work for the driveway, and then ended with taking care of the final grade and reconstructing a more manageable drainage swell. We lined the swell with limerock to prevent erosion, and capped with topsoil mixed with grass seed.

🌳🪾💥 Providing a custom service for a customer while also finding a piece of Florida’s history….

This customer was looking to have a more usable and maintainable wooded area of their property. After further discussion, we decided to thin out the wooded area and leave the larger healthy trees.

During this process, we found something very rare. We found an old cat-face out of a pine tree that was utilized to catch turpentine into a clay pot still mostly intact (see pictured). This was used during Florida’s turpentine production from the late 1800’s to around the 1940’s. There was still a small amount of turpentine still in the pot.

What a unique opportunity it was to find such a cool piece of Florida’s history, and work with great customers at the same time.

🐠Just a small dip into a few of the aquatic restoration jobs we have completed of the last few months (we will have a much bigger post later after some rainfall). The first job was a simple backfill on a newly installed seawall after the old one fell through during a storm.

The second job was a complete restoration of a pond that had unwanted sediment and overgrowth. During inspection, there was a leakage from the overflow pipe resulting in low pond levels. After a few days of work and a new drainage system, the pond looked good as new.

We greatly appreciate everyone’s continued support, and letting us have the opportunity to do what we love!

💥🚙 We recently transformed this now amazing driveway with the use of crushed 57-stone granite rock. We worked with a concrete contractor to ensure we had the appealing curb work that would complement that beautiful rock. We k ove the rustic look and simplicity of this driveway.
