NOW HIRING: Skilled Remodeler for
Top Hat Construction – Alamogordo, NM

We are a small, owner-operated construction company specializing in bathroom remodels, and we’re looking for the right skilled remodeler to join our team.

This is not an entry-level position.

What we’re looking for:
• Several years of hands-on remodeling experience
• Has completed full remodels (especially bathrooms)
• Strong skills in:
• Drywall finishing
• Tile setting
• Basic plumbing
• Light framing
• Able to work independently and lead a job to completion
• Comfortable working in occupied homes

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at job sites
• 40 hours/week, with occasional overtime depending on project schedule

The right person is:
• Reliable and punctual (own transportation required)
• Clean, organized, and respectful of clients’ homes
• Professional and customer-focused
• Drama-free, positive attitude
• Teachable and open to how we do things
• Non-smoking at customer homes (personal time is your business)

Pay:
• Competitive pay based on experience
