A big round of applause for Christina, whose tireless dedication has kept clients, employees, and consultants inspired and supported while cranking out fantastic designs! From historic renovations to hospitality, she continues to prove just what a powerhouse she truly is. 👏

Take a walk through the last phase of our 401 project!

After going through the exterior historic preservation process and getting Precision Golf settled into the first-floor commercial space, construction on the fabulous second-floor apartment is finally winding down. This space is tiny but mighty, with great historic details and charm to spare. A huge thanks to Beverly Nagamoto, who has been the dreamiest of clients and a joy to work with.

Toilets, sinks, showers - we always appreciate their utility, but let's be honest, their design often plays second fiddle. Today, we've got some construction progress photos of a local fraternity’s bathroom remodel. One look and it's clear a lot of time and effort went into transforming these bathrooms into stylish, durable, and (dare we say?) charming spaces!

Drop an unwrapped gift off for children ages baby to 8 years old at any of these locations in Albany.

Our Family Holiday Celebration is on December 16th ❄️ We will be providing 70 families with gifts, estimating 100 children with gifts! 🎉 Young parents will be able to shop for their children's gift from the donations you provide, wrap it and put it under their tree 🎄

All direct financial donations are tax deductible! Donations will go towards providing gas cards, food, and gifts for young families in Linn & Benton Counties!

Renderings Vs. Reality
During the design process of a building, we typically put together renderings to provide the client with a better idea of what the colors, materials, and design will look and feel like once it is built. Now that the construction of our project Corrquest Automation is done, you can see just how close those renderings are to reality! Though we had some minor design changes from the rendering process to the completion of the project, we’d say we nailed it!

Holding space for Varitone Day 😌
We rolled up our sleeves and helped The Majestic Theatre clean and organize their Scene Shop. After some rewarding work, and well-deserved lunch, we got some creativity flowing by painting pottery at Ceramicafe Art Lounge.
