Recently completed deck refurbishment project (and interior Handrails) done locally. We removed all aged cedar decking from framing, installed added support beam mid span, taped all joists, and installed new 5/4 cedar deck boards, stair treads, Handrails, and gate and stained all in semi transparent stain and sealer in pine bark. Quick 1 day shop repair. We had a return client who recently purchased a property where the previous owner had cut out the bottom 2x6 on the right side of 4 trusses so he could park his rv in the shop. We repaired the damage by installing 25 foot lvl beams to all 4 trusses, securing to posts with through bolts and nailing the beams to all existing truss members. We were happy to help our client find a solution to the problem that didn't involve removing the roof and framing new roof trusses but still ensures the stability of the roof if we get a heavy snow or storm. We do everything from dry rot repairs, windows, structural repairs, siding or whole bath/kitchen remodels and only have one open project at a time.
