This commercial kitchen upgrade went very well. The coordination with myself, the owners, electrical and IT was incredible. After a Sunday evening shutdown, very long overnight hours with very little sleep for the past 3 days. Ravena jobsite is moving along. Demo phase completed, temporary construction lights are ran throughout all floors, the main office is wired, insulated, drywalled and painted. The rebuild of 3 of the 4 floor existing townhouse downtown Albany after several heat pipe ruptures. A full clean out, new drywall, paint, flooring replacement along with subfloor issues addressed. The before and after pics of the East Greenbush siding job.
