Here's another outdoor project from 2025. This couple wanted a deck built for an added place to hang out. So i designed and built them an awesome space for their backyard. Also removed the windows and added a sliding glass door with PVC trim and picked out a sharp looking toasted sand color for the composite decking and fascia and pressure treated railings with aluminum black dowels. Also added outdoor power and solar post caps. I also added a few pieces of fascia on the staircase risers after the pictures were taken.

This is one of the many projects that was done in 2025. Haven't had a chance to post much due to a busy work schedule. We built a nice platform deck and added a Cedar backdrop to hide the rear of the garage from the other property also built a Cedar pergola. Also added power for the hanging lights. This turned out beautiful. Definitely a great space for barbecues, friends and family gatherings or just a chill night at home relaxing.

Quick little project. Before and after of this vanity top change. The old vanity top had a cracked oval undermount sink so I worked with this customer and picked out a more modernized top and was able to reuse the existing faucet to help save them money. Definitely a cleaner brighter look.

The final phase of the project from this recent home. Gave the kitchen a beautiful upgrade with new countertops, dishwasher, trim, new larger kitchen window, new stainless steel sink and faucet with built-in sprayer. Added a beautiful backsplash and replaced all the outlets and cover plates. Installed a new matching countertop on the half wall. Also installed a brand new floor. The bathroom also got a little upgrade. Took out the old vanity and installed a new more modern style vanity and faucet Plus swapped out an old wooden closet door for a new white matching bifold door.

Another completed from this home. Took out all the old wooden single pane windows and replaced them with new vinyl double pane insulated windows. Installed new wood trim work inside and PVC trim on the outside. Also replaced the old steel exterior garage door with a new fiberglass insulated door. One of the many projects completed at this home within the last month was a fence replacement. Took down the old rotted picket fence replaced some rotted 4x4s and installed a new pressure treated picket fence with handmade gate and hardware. More pictures to come of the completed projects at this home soon.
