Hereโs an EGGciting treat: I havenโt been doing my usual cooking and photographing but I was going to post my egg dish. Then I tasted this dish my son made me and had to showcase my sonโs steak and egg dinner.
Steak, guac and the star of the dish:

Mind blown, palette blown in a good way.
Surprisingly a transformative taste especially from making the eggs in the steak pan and then the honey and light cheese. Fantasizing about some chili crunch on there as well.
