I never expected black to look as good as this for a porch. It tied in the new roof to the existing shudders well. I threw in painting a newly installed mailbox post to finish the look on this rental.

Loved doing this for our client, who was actually from our old neck of the woods and relocated here as well. It was a great eye on their part choosing the tile and hardware. We decided to completely liner the entire floor as the bathroom was for their younger boys. Seeing the potential threat and looking ahead will save from future issues for sure.

Complete home remodel with repairs.

The renovation is complete! We decided to move the water heater to a small closet giving the laundry area more space to accommodate the washer and dryer. We also moved the location for the stove creating a larger capability space for the refrigerator. Not seen- we tore out the joists in the living and bedroom and repaired the subfloor, ran all new plumbing from the main, new electrical for the heavier breakers, and added all new receptacles and switches.

Just another moisture problem that turned into a structural problem. Slope was 6” in 6 feet from the interior wall. Stay tuned for final renovation!
