We teamed up with our friends at Houses and Barns to craft another spiral stair. This time it’s for a Pickle Ball barn build they are wrapping up.

This one was a precision crafted stair designed specifically to rotate exactly 180 degrees in order to work for their space.

Now and then we receive a challenge to craft some really cool stairs. This one tops most all as we made a great team being the highlight of the project.

The 11’ diameter all Maple stair is around 3,000 lbs with 100 iron balusters. The balcony received another 100 balusters for the rail system. A custom landing was fashioned and later integrated into the floor to center the stair within the space.

The installed took 7 days.

The stair boss went to our clients beautiful home in the hills of Rappahannock County, VA for another install managers task. It was another quick install with just a couple helpers from the local crew on site. 2.5 days and our portion of the work was done.
