Customer called about no water and had renters checking in. Pulled and replaced well pump. Had water but low pressure. Checked pressure switch to find that pressure switch was bad which made pump run continuously burning out the pump. Customer was very happy and so were the tenants.

Customer called about leaking shed roof. We removed old roof and rebuilt with new framing, new sheeting, new felt paper, and new shingles. While we were at it we gave her new barn doors as well. We even painted to match the house. Customer also wanted new screen doors to replace old ones. It was mentioned that chimney had a little rot so we removed existing chimney and rebuilt so it’s water tight. She was very pleased with the service.
