Petroglyph Home Organizing Solutions is a small, local family-owned business that provides custom design and installation of high-quality home organization systems, including custom closets, melamine cabinetry, and garage organization products.

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated individual to assist in all aspects of installation and product materials management. With experience, this individual will have the opportunity to advance into a lead installer position as our business grows.

On the job, this individual will…
• Respect the property and requests of our clients
• Assist the owner/installer at jobsites as needed
• Follow safety guidelines at all times
• Break down delivery pallets of product materials, sorting as needed
• Load heavy materials into job trailer for installations and unload at the jobsite
• Clean the jobsite and load/unload trailer as needed
• Organize inventory in warehouse and maintain installation prep and receiving/loading area as needed

We are looking for and individual who…
• Takes pride in doing high-quality work and impressing clients
• Has the strength and stamina for transporting heavy material with care, including lifting at least 50 pounds and carrying large melamine panels through tight spaces, often at a fast pace
• Is available for full-time work Monday through Friday
• Has reliable transportation and is punctual
• Has a valid/clean driver’s license

Ideally, this individual will have the necessary skills to…
• Interact with our clients professionally and courteously
• Follow instructions with attention to detail
• Work efficiently while keeping the work area orderly
• Learn our job flow and contribute with minimal direction
• Safely use hand and power tools (training in safe use of tools will provided as needed)

Workload & Compensation
• Average 40 hours per week at $16 per hour
• Accrued sick and personal leave
• Paid holidays
• Logo’d work shirts and safety footwear/gloves provided
• All necessary tools will be provided by the employer.
