We're wrapping up our National Volunteer Week in true Renewal by Andersen fashion — sleeves rolled up and ready to work! 💪

Our Greater New Mexico team volunteered with the American Cancer Society, spending the day cleaning and organizing supplies in storage. It's not glamorous work — but it's important work. Every organized shelf and cleaned-out space means the ACS can operate more efficiently and continue focusing on what matters most: supporting patients and families fighting cancer.

From Kansas City & Central Missouri to El Paso, Houston to Greater New Mexico — this week our teams showed up across the country to give back to the communities we're proud to serve. That's what National Volunteer Week is all about.

This National Volunteer Week, our leadership team joined members of the Andersen Corporation executive team for something truly special — serving a meal to the guests of American Cancer Society Hope Lodge Houston. 💚🍽️

But the magic didn't stop when the plates were served. Our team sat down, broke bread, and listened. Listened to the stories of the patients and caregivers who call Hope Lodge home during one of the hardest chapters of their lives. That time around the table? Unforgettable.

Our Renewal by Andersen Central Missouri crew spent their Week of Service in the best way possible — at the Central Missouri Food Bank Market! 💚

This wasn't just a volunteer opportunity, it was an eye-opening experience. Our team learned firsthand about the incredible range of services the Food Bank provides to the community — including one of our favorite discoveries: an on-site kitchen where cooking courses are available to anyone. Because access to healthy food is only part of the equation — knowing how to prepare it in a delicious way matters just as much. 👨‍🍳

We're so proud of this team and grateful for the work the Central Missouri Food Bank does every single day. We can't wait to go back for our full Week of Service!

Our Renewal by Andersen Kansas City crew showed up and showed OUT this National Volunteer Week! 🙌

We spent the day at American Cancer Society Hope Lodge — assembling patio furniture, dismantling an old grill shroud, hanging artwork in guest rooms, and putting up mailboxes. No task too big, no task too small.

Hope Lodge gives cancer patients and caregivers a free, comfortable place to stay during treatment. It's a mission we believe in deeply, and this long-time partnership is one we truly treasure. Every time we get to serve them, we leave more grateful than when we arrived.

🪟 Serving with Purpose in Kansas City 🪟

As part of our , our Renewal by Andersen Kansas City team had the privilege of giving back in a meaningful way at American Cancer Society Hope Lodge - Kansas City.

In 2019, in partnership with Renewal by Andersen, we replaced all of the windows at Hope Lodge—helping create a more comfortable, efficient, and welcoming space for the patients and families who call it a home away from home.

This week, our team returned to continue that commitment—performing routine maintenance and cleaning to ensure those windows continue to do what they were meant to do: bring in light, comfort, and care.

It’s a meaningful reminder that the work we do doesn’t end at installation. It’s about showing up, again and again, for the communities we serve. Proud of our Kansas City team for living that out!

This past weekend, 24 members of our Renewal by Andersen back-office support team in Lenexa, KS came together to support a cause that continues to mean so much to our team.

Participating in the annual 5K fun run/walk benefiting the Autism Society of the Heartland, our team not only showed up—but helped raise donations to support individuals and families impacted by autism across our community.

This marks our third consecutive year supporting this incredible organization, and it’s quickly become something we look forward to every year.

There’s something powerful about stepping outside of our day-to-day roles and coming together for a shared purpose—especially one that creates meaningful impact close to home.

We’re proud of our Lenexa team for continuing to show up, give back, and represent what it means to lead with heart.

🍽️ Showing Up Where It Matters Most 🍽️

This week eleven members of the Renewal by Andersen marketing team in El Paso recently stepped away from their day-to-day work to invest their time where it matters most—serving others.

Together, they volunteered 56 hours at El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank, packing over 1,000 boxes of food and helping prepare more than 2,000 for distribution across the region. Every box represents a family, a neighbor, a moment of relief.

What stands out most isn’t just the numbers—it’s the spirit behind them. A team working side-by-side, bringing energy, care, and purpose to something bigger than themselves.

El Pasoans Fighting Hunger’s mission is one we’re proud to support: combating the hunger crisis by ensuring nutritious food reaches those who need it most…because no one should go hungry.
