Hallelujah! Day 10 of our resurfacing job ...... and, we are DONE!! 1400 sq ft total! All flagstone patterns were hand taped out. Base color hand troweled, then 5 colors sprayed in with a hopper gun for our Hallmark finish with the 10 year warranty *. Then pulled the tape to reveal the "grout" lines between the flagstone and 2 coats of sealer!

This job was done 2 years ago. Their concrete was spalled and cracked. We fix that and put a beautiful Hallmark coating over the top. It provided beauty and traction around their pool deck and long front steps. We pressure washed all of it and put a coat of sealer over it to help maintain the beauty and protection to their concrete! Here's the before and after pictures.

Here's our latest transformation! These customers had lots of spalled concrete, cracks, stains and just plain, worn out concrete. Now they have 915 sq ft of beautifully restored patio space to enjoy!

Tip #1 ....When choosing a concrete resurfacing company do your research ! They are not all the same.....Ask for references, ask for distributor information so you can see where the product comes from and how much work a company actually does annually. Are they using the product they are advertising? How long have they been in business? Warranties? Not all applications work in all types of weather. Service and Maintenance? Anyone can put this stuff down....but how long do you want it to last? As the old saying goes "you get what you pay for"....! This is very true in the resurfacing world !
