We are looking for a full-time year-round Pool Construction Lead.

You will be the leader of a small team to successfully execute building plans for natural swimming pools. This is creative and challenging work, from exact setting out from construction plans and excavating swim zones and pool profiles to assisting with the finishing touches to our pool projects, including pavers, retaining walls, water features, and overall land beautification.

Our ideal candidate will successfully execute and manage pool plans from start to finish, install electrical mechanics, and operate heavy equipment. They will also share a passion and vision for these pools, while showing an interest in strengthening their knowledge in Natural Swimming Pools.
