Summertime is almost here! We've been busy, but with an expanding community and growing business, we felt like it was a good time to reintroduce ourselves!

Progress on an addition that is under construction and nearing completion out in Middleburg. We love seeing projects coming to life! More photography and details on this addition and renovation project as it wraps up!

Site visit in DC this morning! Two of these rowhouses will soon be renovated and ready for new residents. Hopefully they like baseball because Nationals Park is directly across the street.

We are moving into a newly-renovated office space and will be opening a furniture and decorative accessories shop in Aldie this fall! The store will be called [ the collection ] and is an extension of our architecture and interior design studio. We are beyond excited to take this huge step forward with the business and find new ways to enhance the beauty, comfort, joy, and convenience of daily living.

Photos from a nearly completed project site visit this week! We enjoyed collaboration with on this one to do an addition connecting the two historic structures on this property. Great location in town in Upperville and beautiful views from the back of the property!

We are looking forward to seeing the addition design for this old stone home come to life, but in the meantime, we are excited to continue our design work on this one! The scope has expanded to include the existing side porch and we are in early studies looking at ways to enclose and improve use of the porch and keep a consistent exterior language around the house.

A couple of fun pictures from our site visit today. Hiking up a mountain is not a bad way to spend a Friday morning, but next time we'll remember the tick repellent!

Who doesn't love a good "before" and "after" photo series?!

What was initially supposed to be a more modest finishes update evolved into a complete overhaul of this three-unit apartment building in town, but we just love the results! Can't wait for the new residents to build wonderful memories here.
