Our team recently completed a comprehensive Fall HVAC maintenance and cleaning on two systems to ensure total home comfort. From the ductwork in the attic to the condenser outside, we checked every inch of the equipment to verify peak performance.

Complete System Diagnostic: Inspected the blower motor, wheel, and condenser fan blades. Both wheels are spinning freely and motors are in great shape.

Unfortunately, this time of year brings out desperation in some people. Last night, someone broke into one of our service vehicles and stole tools.
The most important thing: no one was hurt. Tools can be replaced — people can’t.
This is a reminder to everyone in the trades to stay alert, lock up, and look out for one another. If you see something suspicious, say something. These break-ins don’t just affect businesses — they impact families and livelihoods.

Another HVAC maintenance visit wrapped up ✔️

We completed a full system inspection and cleaning, checked filters, wiring, motors, capacitors, refrigerant levels, and verified proper operation in cooling. Drain lines were flushed and temperature split was confirmed.

We also installed a Nest thermostat (customer supplied) for the guest apartment.

Both systems are operating properly at this time and ready to go.
