Had a customer reach out to us for a re-do. They hired another local company to pour a concrete foundation that ended up failing miserably. From very un-level and wavy finish, no v***r barrier, wire, or rebar placement with the concrete and some areas were only poured 2 inches thick. All of this while being placed on very poor ground (expansion clay) to boot. Unfortunately, it all had to come back out and we basically started over from scratch. Very costly mistake for the property owner who originally put their trust in the wrong company to begin with.
Make no mistake, no one is completely perfect, but we truly strive to do our best with every project we take on and strive to take on challenging projects.
