People send me photos all the time asking: "Can you fix this?"
Here's a quick guide to what we can and can't do:
✅ Surface scratches — yes
✅ Dull, faded finish — yes
✅ Raised seams and edges — yes (hermetic joint sealing)
✅ Minor scuffs and wear patterns — yes
✅ Overall discoloration from age — often yes
❌ Cracked or broken planks — these need individual replacement first
❌ Subfloor damage — structural issues have to be addressed before resurfacing
❌ Severe delamination — if the layer is separating, it needs replacement
The honest truth: most LVP flooring that looks "done" just needs resurfacing, not replacement.
If you have photos of flooring you're not sure about, send them my way. I'll give you my honest read.
