M+dN is helping to train the next generation of Green Collar workers!

This week, our team taught 5th-grade classes about geothermal wells and sustainable heating and cooling systems. Students also had the opportunity to visit a construction site and see geothermal infrastructure in progress. 🚧♻️

We love sharing how design, engineering, and construction come together to shape a more sustainable future!💡

Congratulations are in order! 🎉 In the past few months, Sean McGillicuddy earned his LEED Green Associate certification, and Dasanie Chea Peña earned her LEED AP BD+C (Building Design + Construction) certification. These are great milestones in advancing their sustainable design expertise, and a proud moment for M+dN!

We are proud to share that Brynmor Early Education and Preschool at Lorton was featured in national education publication The 74, highlighting our design transformation of a historic prison into a bright, nurturing early learning environment!

The award recognizes M+dN’s outstanding design of Brynmor Early Education & Preschool, transforming a historic prison into a space where children learn, explore, and grow every day.
